Corporate Running Clubs
Trackbangwallop are an Oxford based running group, led by England Athletics Coaches Tony Pound and Emma Smith.
As well as being qualified Coaches, Tony is a financial advisor and nutrition guru, and Emma is a psychotherapist, so between them they take care of all aspects of Health, Wealth and Happiness in a holistic way.
What we can offer your company
If you want expert guidance to improve the health, fitness and wellbeing of your staff, then you’ve come to the right place!
We will set up a corporate run club tailored to you and led by a fully-qualified professional running coach. This will be tailored to the requirements of your group, so will be suitable for anyone from absolute beginners to seasoned runners.
The package will include:
Group sessions with collection and drop-off at the office
Weekly "take-home" sessions tailored to the groups needs
Email support for employees from the coaches
Tailored race training schedules (if the group wants to sign up for an event such as race for life or a local 10k)
Additionally, Emma can offer Wellbeing Runs for individuals or groups who might benefit from a confidential chat about their mental health. These can be particularly useful during times of stress such as reorganisations.
